Surveys

Surveys are a fundamental building block of medical market research. Our experience of being respondents to numerous surveys over the years led us to become frustrated with the quality of survey design and prompted us to question whether clients were receiving a value service.

As academics, we intimately understand their utility but also, importantly their limitations. We aim to incorporate our expertise in methodology and combine this with clinical experience to design surveys that often include case-vignettes that can differentiate between respondents and beautifully illustrate the nuance of clinical practice.

Step 1

Scoping

We work with clients to fully understand their goals and expected outcomes, and refine questions. If required, we will carry out literature review and scoping discussions with subject experts.

Step 2

Collaborative design

If desired, we work closely with clients during the development phase to ensure that our survey will capture key, required outcome measures. This is an iterative approach that ensures clients stay closely connected to the project.

Step 3

Testing

Our surveys undergo comprehensive testing by both methodology and subject experts.

Step 4

Analysis

Survey analysis is carried out by a team headed by experienced clinicians and with the involvement of key stakeholders. We can provide deep contextual analysis, particularly relevant for free-text data.
